Unlike the IQ level, Emotional Intelligence(EQ) has strengthened its place among the achievements that today’s influential people have developed. One of the biggest reasons for this is that Emotional Intelligence includes features such as being able to be learned and developed through feedback, unlike IQ level.

The most important difference of emotional intelligence from IQ is that it can be learned and developed later.

As a common opinion: It is said that people who have developed their Emotional Intelligence side can be more successful and more positive in business or daily life. It is also practical that the concepts of Leader and Leadership play a vital role in the success of gaining such importance in the field of Emotional Intelligence. In addition to this: EQ stands out today as a competency that distinguishes successful and relatively less successful leaders.

Emotional intelligence, in business context, is a set of basic or entry-level qualifications for managerial positions.

Emotional Intelligence and IQ are two different sides.

EQ, in short, is the social intelligence side of a person. Features such as the attitude of the person in his work or daily life, the decisions he makes, the communication with the people around him, the ability to adjust himself and be aware, his motivation, and the ability to empathize…
